Kingsford Community School is a mixed comprehensive community school for students between the ages of 11 to 16 years.

The school is situated in Beckton, in the business and economic region of Docklands in East London, and is within a short distance of the venue for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Excellent transport links mean that the school is easily accessible to students within the local area and from further afield, and is within walking distance of the Beckton Globe Library, East London Gymnasium and St Mark's Church, all of which provide extra curricular activities and learning for young people.

By Train

From Beckton Station (via Docklands Light Railway, DLR)

Upon exiting Beckton Station (DLR), cross the road and bear right, where you will see the ASDA shopping centre. Enter ASDA and walk through to the back exit (you will pass a several shops, on the left). Upon exiting ASDA, continue straight ahead for approximately 150 metres. Kingsford Community School will appear on the left and Beckton Globe on your right.

From Westbound A13

Follow the A13 Newham Way towards London City / Docklands. Take the slip road from the A13 (Newham Way) to the A117 (Beckton). You will come to a set of traffic lights, turn left at the traffic lights onto the A117 (Woolwich Manor Way). Follow the road until the first roundabout then take the fourth exit sign posted Tollgate Road. Kingsford Community School is located approximately 200 meters down Tollgate Road on the left hand side. Take the third exit on the left which leads into the Kingsford Community School car park.
