Jewellery

Pupils may not wear jewellery to school i.e. rings, neck chains, bracelets or any form of body piercing. The only exceptions to this rule are a wristwatch and ear rings, which must be small, plain, sleepers or studs with no more than two studs per ear (diamante and large hoop earrings are not allowed).

Valuables

Valuables must not be brought to school, e.g. personal stereos, MP3s, i-pods, cameras, expensive handbags etc. Mobile Phones are also not permitted in school. If there are exceptional circumstances that require a mobile to be brought on to school premises (to be used before or after school hours) the mobile phone must be switched off, not seen and not used. This also includes being used as a camera. The phone should be kept out of sight at all times, which includes break and lunchtimes. If a child needs to contact home, this can be arranged via the tutor.
