Sports
Kingsford Community School has the proud tradition of students representing Newham, Essex, London and professional clubs in a wide range of sports.
Presently there are:

With the area of Newham being one of the host boroughs for the 2012 London Olympic Games the highly talented athletes and sports personnel at Kingsford Community School have great opportunities for their future in the world of sport.
SSCO – School Sports Co-ordinator Partnership
Schools Sports Partnerships are at the heart of the Government's strategy to enhance young people's opportunities to participate in a wide range of sports as well as raising the standards of teaching and learning of PE and school sport. The co-ordinator partnerships are aimed to provide two hours of quality teaching in primary school a week. Kingsford Community School's in linked to the following primary school in the local area.

Football
Football is currently one of the most popular sports played and studied within the school. Our many football teams of all abilities and age ranges are always hitting new "goals". Below are just a few of the great achievements that the students at Kingsford Community School have achieved within the "football field".

Athletics
Athletics has always been a part of the schools national curriculum but since the news of 2012 has hit, the students and staff have been even more interested in taking up athletics as an extra curricular activity.' Kingsford Community School has already made many achievements within the field of athletics including many of Kingsford's ex students competing for London and Essex using the skills and techniques learnt whilst spending their time at the school.
Netball and Basketball
Netball and Basketball are among some of the popular sports played and instructed in the school. Kingsford Community School is the proud host of many events such as the annually hosted primary school's basketball tournament and regular netball tournaments with games that the "Kingsford Girls" compete in.
